Our packaging products fall into five main categories: labels, folding cartons, inserts, hang tags, and envelopes. Within each of these product divisions are many materials, styles and varieties that comprise a wide spectrum of product offerings.   We have development services to research and test new materials and processes to create a custom product for you.

Labels

Our label offerings include both pressure sensitive as well as those without adhesives.  We convert a variety of paper and film stocks in up to 8 colors, and 2 colors for backside printing.  A variety of finishing applications such as die cuts and foil stamping may be incorporated into labels to differentiate your brands.  In addition a variety of coatings are often applied to protect labels from moisture, temperature changes or manufacturing processes as well as to provide a differentiated look.

Folding Cartons

Folding cartons provide products with a billboard at retail, help protect products in distribution and provide simple merchandising.   We produce many common carton styles such as reverse tuck, auto bottom, displayable and seal end cartons.  Many custom folding carton structures are designed at Copac to accommodate a variety of products.  Finishing techniques such as UV coating, embossing, debossing or foil stamping are available to complete the package design.

Inserts

Inserts are often used to aid in packaging textile products such as hosiery and home fashions.  These pieces help present your merchandise and can be used to add important product information and usage suggestions.  Pharmaceutical products often use inserts to describe important legal information.  These inserts can be expansive and folded several times to fit the product container.  Inserts are also used in conjunction with clamshell packaging to help provide product visibility and messaging in the marketplace.

Hang Tags

Tags are useful to many types of products to present brand marketing, identification and help products pop at retail.  Tags are often used for apparel products to communicate garment details and promote brand recognition.  Tags can be made of a variety of stocks, sizes, and styles.  Many stringing options are available and finishing touches such as foil stamping and embossing are often used.

Envelopes

Specialty envelopes designed to contain products such as potpourri, seeds or bath salts offer a package that is easy to fill, distribute and merchandise.  Envelopes provide a large surface area for brand graphics.  Stocks which are used offer high quality print capabilities and self-sealing or re-sealing adhesives may be incorporated to provide packing and consumer benefits.
